Grandfather was known as the London Barber in South Wigston; his shop was on Countesthorpe Road next to Eric Holmes Bike Shop. Looking for old school pals: Peter Gamble (who lived in Glen Parva), Nevil Smith, Doug Smith, Fatty Jackson, Mick Hanney (hooker for the rugby team) Ken Willson and any others that may remember him. |
